In Patient Services:
Admission & Registration

  • Please contact reception counter.
    Please fill in the admission form in capital letter.
    Inform the admission department about your choice of class of bed & Doctor.
    All surgical patients are required to sign the consent form prior to the surgery to ensure that you have been properly informed regarding your treatment
    You will be escorted to your bed by one staff member of Criticare Hospital.

Deposit

  • Deposit amount varies as per your room/bed preferences and whenever you have to undergo surgery.
    For planned / cold admissions deposit must be paid at the time of Admission.
    For emergency admission part payment can be done & deficit amount must be paid with in 24 hours.
    Deposit amount will be refunded / adjusted at the time of discharge.
    The refund amount exceeding Rs. 20000/- will be paid by A/c payee cheque.

Bill Process

  • Bills
    • Interim bills for Indoor patients are sent every day.
      Every bill must be paid within 24 hours.
      When a patient desires transfer from lower class to higher class then higher class charges are applicable from date of admission
      When a patient desires transfer from higher class to lower class, patient need to pay total bill of higher class before transfer.
  • Payment of Bills
    • All outdoor & indoor bills must be paid at authorised cash counter in B – Basement – during following hours.
      Time: 08.00 am to 10.00 pm
      The management is not responsible if payments are made to unauthorized person
  • Mode of Payment
    • Cash.
      credit card.
      Cheques are not accepted.

Discharge

  • Routine discharges are made between 8.30 am to 10.00 pm after receiving written instruction from your doctor.
    Make sure that you collect discharge card, along with all your investigation reports of your case before you leave the hospital. This is important for follow up treatment at home or with your family doctor.
    In care of Cashless patient, Discharge process would take at least 4 hours as Hospital TPA Cell has to co-ordinate with TPA Company.

Visitors

  • Please restrict visitors in the interest of the patients. Visitors are allowed to meet the patients during visiting hours only.
  • Visitors Passes

      Deluxe, Super Deluxe, Suite 1
  • No passes on payments.
    Please keep your visitors passes ready for security check up. Children under age of ten years are not allowed on Weekdays except Sunday & holiday.

Food

  • Strictly vegetarian food will be served to patients.
    Relative / Attendant is not allowed to eat / share patients food. Relative / Attendant can order food on payment.
    Room services are provided.
    Alcohol / Wine / SMOKING / Non Vegetarian food not allowed in the hospital.
    Food Timings :
      • Bed Tea 7.00 pm to 7.30 am
        Breakfast 7.30 pm to 8.30 am
        Lunch 12.00 noon to 1.00 pm
        Afternoon Tea 3.30 pm to 4.00 pm
        Dinner 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm

Medicines

  • All the medicines prescribed by your Doctor will be supplied by hospital pharmacy by doing direct payment to the parmacy.
    The hospital pharmacy will supply all medicines as prescribed by your Doctor. Staff nurses on duty will procure medicines for you. Under exceptional cases, you may have to purchase medicines from outside.
    IT IS MANDATORY TO PURCHASE MEDICINES ONLY FROM OUR HOSPITAL PHARMACY ONLY.

General

  • Please do not spit / Chew tobacco or pan.
    Please do not smoke.
    Please do not sit on patients bed.
    Please put domestic waste / left over in the BLACK PLASTIC garbage bucket & do not throw in the commode / out of window.
    Please keep hospital neat and clean.
    Please reduce noise pollution.
    Patients / Visitors are not allowed to park vehicles inside the hospital premises. Contact counter for further information.
    Please take care of your valuable / belonging’s. Hospital staff is not responsible for thefts / damage / losses.
    Please avoid using mobile in common areas.
